We are looking for experienced Account Managers and aspiring Account Managers to join us in the delivery of our exciting and ambitious growth plans.

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of growing strategic relationships with our key Retail Customers, from either the Multiples or Wholesale. 

Although working collaboratively as part of a wider team, you can expect a highly autonomous environment and entrepreneurial business culture that encourages initiative and rewards creativity.

 

So, whether you’re homebased or at our HQ in St Albans, these are high profile roles in a very fast paced business, particularly suited to those with proven track records of delivery in the challenging FMCG arena.

 

What we need from you:

  • You will be an account manager or account executive within the food & drinks industry, selling into retailers or wholesalers
  • You will be an extremely commercially aware high achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role.
  • You will be a highly skilled communicator and a collaborative team member with a proven ability to grow lasting relationships both internally and externally.
  • You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make a difference in a highly visible role within a dynamic market leading business
  • In short, we’re looking for passionate and commercially creative Sales Account Managers who are able to identify opportunities and develop 'win-win' partnerships, as well as show the organisationalproject management and customer service skills necessary for success.
