Sales Co-ordinator

6 Month FTC / 16 hours per week

Hybrid - homeworking & office based in Richmond, Melbourne


Role purpose:

Premier ANZ is the Australian arm of a the UK consumer goods business selling consumer goods into the major supermarkets in Australia & New Zealand.   

We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our growing team to provide sales admin, process and systems support to the Australia based sales team in order to deliver budgeted sales, spend and profit measures.


What you'll be doing:


  • Working in conjunction with Account Managers to load & manage trade promotions in internal systems
  • Checking and processing customer promotional claims in internal systems
  • Prepare customer promotion submissions & send to Account Managers
  • Follow up with customer on all promotional admin submissions
  • Offline line tracking of promotional performance



  • Following up queries on deductions & invoices with Account Managers
  • Checking accrual balances on balance sheet and identifying over and under accruals where relevant 
  • Complete new line form and retailer promotional forms for all retailers
  • Work with our Manchester (UK) site to put into place effective process to minimise claims and pricing queries
  • Manage Retailer & Distributor administrative requests
  • Supporting business reporting requirements through adhoc analysis of internal business systems



  • Manage the sending of any samples overseas from the UK
  • Supporting category management function with processing of raw data into digestible business information


What we need from you:



  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience of using business systems for reporting / administration
  • Strong analytical capability & organisational skills
  • Intuitive and willing to take responsibility
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel



  • Previous experience of working within promotional claims administration
  • Previous experience working with SAP / Sales Systems
  • An appreciation or understanding of working with remote or overseas colleagues
