Customer Supply Chain Coordinator 

Maternity cover until February 2023

Starting salary of up to £24,000 per annum

Based at Lutterworth, with home working


We are recruiting for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to cover a period of maternity leave (until mid February 2023). The successful candidate will manage the day to day processing of customer accounts, providing proactive communication to both internal customers and external key customer supply chain contacts, on all service related issues.


What you will be doing:

•    Effective order processing, including identifying abnormal demand with forecasters
•    Awareness & communication of transport delivery schedules
•    Pro-actively notify customers/managers on all product availability issues affecting customer service level
•    Investigate root cause reason for shorts, and complete reports to customer
•    Product reports/stats as necessary
•    Effectively manage samples within the agreed SLA
•    Provide account cover for team members in their absence
•    Maintain customer account bibles 


What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally from an FMCG background
  • Supply Chain and/or customer services experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with customers
  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes
