Location: Moreton, Wirral, Merseyside, CH46 1PR

Hours of work: 40hrs per week; Monday to Friday Days; 08:00 to 16:00

Salary: Circa £47,500 per annum.

As our new site Services Engineer you will

• Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimisation of all site service systems.
• Manage and monitor critical utilities such as substations, emergency lighting and the main water supply.
• Maintain refrigeration units, ensuring all systems are compliant with environmental and safety regulations.
• Be a key figure in ensuring smooth site operations, reducing downtime and driving energy and cost efficiency across the facility.

Do you offer?

• Time-served apprenticeship or an NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years previous experience in site services, utilities or facility management.
• Expertise in operating and maintaining boilers, refrigeration units, air compressors and electrical systems such as substations.
• A strong working knowledge of DAF systems, water treatment processes and chemical dosing.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar maintenance management systems
• The relevant technical certifications in Boiler Operator License, Refrigeration, Electrical Safety.
