Learning and Development

For us, that means creating new and continuous learning opportunities and an environment, where our employees can excel. We do this through formal and informal training that includes a personal development plan tailored to each individual’s career aspirations. We deliver these training opportunities by department to develop people’s functional skills and offer continual learning through workshops, our online learning library and formal training.
