Job Title: Site Administrator

Location: Andover, Hampshire

Hours of Work: Day Shift, Monday - Friday 09.00-14.30 (with flexibility)

Contracted Hours: 27.5hrs per week 

Salary: Up to £22k per annum (dependant on experience)

Role Purpose:

To support the Site Teams by

· SAP PM administrative duties such as data input and invoice resolution

· Maintenance activity support for Production and Engineering teams

· Coordinate Charity activities and internal comms for Andover site

· Any other administrative duties as consistent with the role

 

What you’ll be doing:

SAP PM:

· SAP order raising for the site and invoice processing, invoice queries and follow up

· Support for the Planned Maintenance schedule – review, delivery & creation of plans aligned with the Engineers

· Manage relevant service contracts - liaise with suppliers, set up relevant SAP orders

· Booking in of contractor service visits as per schedule

· Engineering stores support in terms of assisting invoicing / Goods Receipting and supporting IESA as required

· Account data management

 

Administrative Responsibilities

· Non–technical recording and reporting of HS&E data in support of the HS&E Manager

· Work closely with Technical to maintain data, input / tracking of certification deadlines

· Local and Capital plan support through management of information, project plans and invoicing

· Support the team in preparation work for audits and projects

· Carry out any reasonable management requests

 

What we need from you:

Essential:

· A real team player with the ability to interact with all stakeholders

· Previous experience in an administration role

· IT literate – be proficient in the use of MS Office applications

· Planning and organisation skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload

· Excellent attention to detail

· Excellent telephone manner

· Able to deal with a variety of tasks at the same time

· Calm under pressure

· Educated to GCSE level

 

Desirable:

· NVQ Level2 or above in administration

· Previous SAP and invoicing administration experience

· Experience of working in an industry with engineering/technical support
