As a Multi-Skilled Engineer at our Ashford site, you’ll be part of a team of 5, reporting directly to an Engineering Team Leader on each shift. This role is not about sticky-plaster fixing and short-term greasing; at Premier Foods, you’ll be using your engineering mindset and passion to robustly execute and enhance maintenance plans, investigate problems, and be part of a culture that improves equipment reliability.
Do You have…?

A completed, Engineering multi-skilled apprenticeship OR at least five years of hands-on experience

A relevant industry qualification, such as an NVQ L3, BTEC, City & Guilds, or above
-
Previous experience from an FMCG background.

An openminded, can-do approach and work ethic.
