Salary                      £50k - £55k per annum dependant on experience

Working Hours       Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00

A full time, permanent opportunity has arisen at our Ashford site for a Quality Manager to drive the quality vision, championing product safety and legality, whilst engaging with the Operations Teams to improve standards and output through best practice performance.

The successful candidate will:

• Ensure the site reamins audit compliant
• Be the face of quality for all visits and inspections
• Develop and drive a quality culture across site
• Managing the end-to-end quality process
• Leading the Quality agenda on site with a strong and experienced Quality Team
• Managing retention samples and isolated materials
• Owning and managing outputs from internal and external audits
• Leading Continuous Improvement projects for quality
• Reduce complaints, cost and waste

What we need from you:

• Degree/Qualification of at least HNC in a science related discipline
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems and BRC requirements
• Internal auditing skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience of managing people and setting objectives
• Ability to inspire trust and natural leadership
