Salary                      £25,528 per annum

Working Hours       Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 14.00pm -22.00pm 

We have a full time, permanent opportunity at our Ashford site for Site Services Operator to implement the hygiene services.

The successful candidate will:

• Partake in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning tasks.
• To help maintain the staff facilities on site (canteen, lockers and toilets)
• To carry out any other reasonable task in connection with the department to support the business needs.
• To ensure the safety of oneself and others at all times.
• To assist with the delivery of the programmed deep clean shutdowns.
• To ensure all the records are completed properly, accurately and on time.
• Working within a team to cover all factory and associated areas and cover other team members when absent.
• Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, eliminate waste, and improve business processes.
• Working with peers and support functions to move the Ashford Culture and performance forward.
• Consistently meets team objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Works effectively both collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
