Commercial Operations & Planning Manager

As our next Commercial Operations & Planning Manager, you will be driving the Revenue Management responsibility working with the account team for the ANZ market. Your role is to lead and coordinate the in-market aspects of Cake and Grocery RTM projects, including involvement in systems and process development, coordinating internal and external commercials for the implementation of the RTM change.
Your remit is to ensure the maximization of container utilization, particularly post RTM, and coordinate potential M&A operational and commercial integration. You will be responsible for managing the Weekly Call process and providing market insight and monthly ANZ NSV forecast for Mondelez reporting. Your day-to-day activities will include championing the streamlining of a simplified Go To Market process post the implementation of RTM changes and working with Internal Logistics to ensure the maximization of container utilization.
In this role, you will be given the chance to lead thinking, critical review and provide strategic recommendations on Commercial plans. What’s important to you is to be able to provide broader commercial skills and focus across both operational and project management needs of the growing Australian and New Zealand business.
You will be dealing with coordinating internal and external commercials for the implementation of the RTM change. To you, it’s about being able to drive the business, in collaboration with the Country Manager - ANZ, to achieve budgeted sales, spend and profit measures. In this role, you will be working towards ensuring effective communication between the ANZ market and the broader UK team on market insights, financial performance, etc through formal business meetings such as MBR.
