What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the CBM in executing annual account plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Leading digital shelf execution and promotional programmes.
- Managing customer media plans and new product launch strategies.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Driving forecast accuracy and maintaining internal systems (TPM, Business Objects).
- Delivering quarterly Joint Business Plan reviews and performance evaluations.
- Maintaining trackers and systems for promotional activity and customer EPOS data.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and creative thinking.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Effective communication across all levels and functions.
- Understanding of retailer requirements.
- Excellent planning and time management.
