About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Account Executive to join our Foodservices Division, helping drive growth across our leading recently acquired brand. You’ll support the delivery of our business objectives through strong commercial execution, collaboration, and a passion for developing winning customer relationships.

In this role, you’ll take ownership for delivering sales and distribution targets, ensuring our products are effectively represented across key foodservice partners. You’ll be responsible for implementing promotional plans, managing forecasts, and supporting the execution of customer-specific business plans.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Account Team in delivering annual account plans and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships to drive growth and visibility of our brands.
  • Secure new distribution, feature, and display opportunities across the Foodservices channel.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts by collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Manage customer promotional programmes—planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Track, analyse, and improve customer profitability and ROI on trade spend.
  • Partner with Marketing and Category teams to close distribution gaps and successfully launch new products.
  • Ensure efficient management of pricing, claims, and invoices in partnership with the commercial and finance teams.

 

About You

 

Essential Skills & Experience

 

  • Proven commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with customers or in an account management support role.
  • Strong Excel and analytical ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail.

 

Desirable

  • Experience within Foodservices or FMCG.
  • Strong planning and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of P&L management and customer forecasting.
