We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our busy team where you will be driving the growth and development of the Breakfast Category. You will thrive on devising, agreeing, and implementing strategies to support distribution, with a primary focus on the Convenience, Wholesale & Discounter Channels. This role will enable you to be a growth partner to drive and deliver rapid growth within the Breakfast Category.

 

You will be working with a team of individuals who champion fresh ideas, and you will have the confidence to build winning relationships both internally and externally. Your day to day activities will include fact-based selling and negotiation skills, and you will be motivated by the opportunity to drive growth.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be an entrepreneurial-minded self-starter with a resilient and proactive attitude. This role requires someone who is passionate about driving growth and has the agility to adapt to changing circumstances.

 

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a plan to drive and deliver rapid growth within the Breakfast Category. You will be given the chance to be a growth partner to drive and support distribution in the Convenience, Wholesale & Discounter Channels.

The Key Requirements...

  • Develop and accelerate future growth opportunities and new business within your channel
  • Take a lead as growth partner and support colleagues in our current Convenience & Wholesale business, with both listings and execution
  • Develop and build key channel listings to increase business performance, develop sales opportunities and increase profitability
  • Build strong, strategic relationships that help drive rapid sustainable growth
  • Be confident to present, negotiate and launch new products in new categories.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure we approach relevant distributors in Food Service.
  • To manage, measure and improve customer profitability.
  • Maintain and update annual account plans to deliver corporate objectives.
  • Drive the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts – working with supply chain, forecasting and finance
  • Negotiate and deliver promotional programmes, ensuring promotions are communicated, forecasted, delivered, within guidelines and then evaluated in a timely manner.
