Salary: £55,000 per year (+ overtime)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (alternating days & nights) 

 

  

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Diagnosing and fixing faults, keeping production running smoothly. 

  • Fault-finding and optimizing equipment 

  • Supporting the wider team to resolve and root cause issues 

  • Working on planned and maintenance to minimize downtime, maximize efficiency and improve reliability. 

  • Designing and implementing continuous improvement projects. 

  

What we’re looking for: 

  • Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent minimum). 

  • Experience with Siemens PLCs – troubleshooting, and fault-finding. 

  • Familiar with process controls and instrumentation. 

  • A proactive approach with a willingness to support. 

  • Experience in an FMCG/manufacturing environment desirable. 

  • A positive, team-first attitude.
