Hours: 4 days per week, 6 hours per day (09:00–15:00, flexible where needed)

Salary: £16,715.52

Review and verify mass balance data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Lead and facilitate wastage meetings with production teams, highlighting key issues and driving actions to improve yield.

Work directly on the production line with the operations team to optimise running conditions and enhance performance and yield.

Collect, track, and analyse data to identify trends, losses, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with production and technical teams to develop and implement corrective actions.

Apply Continuous Improvement tools and techniques (such as root cause analysis, PDCA, and 5 Whys) to deliver sustainable improvements.

Provide regular updates and reports on progress and key findings.

Help build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across production areas.

Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident working with data to identify and communicate opportunities.

Hands-on and proactive, comfortable working alongside operations teams.

Good communicator who can engage and motivate others.

Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.

Proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools
