Fixed Term Contract until end of March 2026

 

We are looking for a highly numeric, logical Inventory Analyst to join our office in Lutterworth to cover a period of maternity leave. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the inventory ledger, including statuses, at all times. You will be asked to identify and address any discrepancies to ensure stock ledger accuracy is maintained.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Be responsible for identifying, explaining and resolving any stock differences between SAP and 3rd Party Logistic systems
  • Manage and resolve any stock related interface failures
  • Using the interface console as a real time analysis of errors
  • Investigating any differences in quantities, batch or status
  • Working with other teams, departments and our factories to ensure accuracy of stock at all times
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound traffic and deliveries are receipted and accurately reflected in SAP
  • Producing regular stock adjustment reports and trend analysis

 

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience of an Analytical role from an FMCG/supply chain/warehouse or logistics background
  • Advanced Excel skills and ideally, previous experience of using SAP
  • High level of numeracy and ability to logically analyse and interpret data and processes
