About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking an International Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our team in Lutterworth. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, collating, and submitting export documentation for our international customers, ensuring customs clearance and compliance in market. You’ll work closely with our Supply Chain team and other departments, taking ownership of the documentation process and helping to resolve queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, collate, and submit export documentation (e.g., Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Manufacturing Declaration, Health Certificate) accurately and on time.
  • Understand and meet the specific requirements of each customer to avoid customs delays.
  • Submit Health Certificate applications using the DEFRA online system.
  • Process and upload documents using bespoke customer systems.
  • Ensure timely submission of export documentation to third parties.
  • Operate recordkeeping systems effectively.
  • Liaise with third-party distribution centres, transport companies, technical teams, and internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Build knowledge of the end-to-end process to proactively identify and resolve issues.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in export documentation preparation and processes
  • Background in data processing and applying processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills with a demonstrated eye for detail and accuracy
  • Background in export/import or shipping
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, ideally SAP.
  • Understanding of manufacturing supply chains.
