Role Purpose
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team at Premier Foods. You’ll be responsible for managing supplier queries, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, and maintaining high standards of service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role is key to ensuring our suppliers are paid on time and that our accounts payable processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing

Resolving supplier queries and manage transactional activity.

Ensuring compliance with financial controls.

Supporting invoice processing to prevent overdue payments.

Sharing knowledge of P2P invoicing processes across the team.

Acting as an escalation point for stakeholders.

Reconciling supplier payments and manage post distribution.

Driving continuous improvement in Accounts Payable processes.
What we need from you
-
Experience with direct and indirect suppliers.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.

SAP Accounts Payable experience.

Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
