We are looking for an Expenses Associate to join our friendly Payroll & Expenses team in our Finance Shared Service Centre based in Manchester City Centre. To excel in this role, you'll need to be an organised, confident communicator, with bags of enthusiasm.

As the next Expenses Associate, you'll run expenses and fleet administration, driving innovation and best practices in a supportive and inclusive environment at Premier Foods. Supporting the Expenses Specialist with admin activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and statutory rules is key.

We're looking for someone who champions fresh ideas, leads a team focused on efficiency and accuracy, and can adapt quickly to change. You will need strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload.

The Key Requirements...

• Process Expenses Claims
• Monthly Expenses Payment Run
• Logging and actioning all activities for new users, leavers, and account changes
• Responding to colleague queries
• Download files for the Pay Settlement Agreement (PSA), including data validation.
• Maintaining Expense Process Documentation
• Credit Card receipt validation and Audits (Virtual & Corporate)
• Daily Motor Insurance Database update of Hire Cars
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
