Salary circa £55,000 per annum

Shift - 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 rotation

Our Moreton Bakery, the home of the Cadbury Mini Roll, are recruiting for experienced Multi Skilled Focus Engineers to join the site engineering team. Your main task will be to carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, refurbishment, installation, improvements and modifications or upgrade to plant and services to maximise performance and maintain equipment to the required standard.

Do you offer?

● Formal engineering qualification to at least City & Guilds level, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in an electrical and mechanical discipline
● Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience
● Full understanding of safe working practices and relevant legislation where applicable
● Needs the ability to clearly understand engineering drawings, symbols and notation

What you'll be doing includes:

• Carrying out all engineering work to a high Engineering, Quality, Safety and Hygiene standards and ensure correct paperwork is completed
• Providing full Technical Engineering support to production function under the leadership of the Engineering Managers/Coordinators/Focus Technicians, by working as part of a multi-functional team
• Working alongside line Focus Technicians & Reliability Team to help drive the overall reliability strategy for the lines
• Communicating with Focus Technician’s daily to help with understanding of top losses and potential improvement areas
• Ensuring the site meet Engineering KPIs
