Job Title: Technical CI Manager

Location: Moreton, Wirral, Merseyside, CH46 1PR

Hours of work: 39hrs per week; Monday to Friday, usually between 08:30 and 17:00

Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum.

As our new Technical CI Manager you will,

 

  • Work as part of the Technical team to provide the appropriate expertise to facilitate the continuous improvement of bakery processes, systems and raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance to required standards and improve quality, performance and costs.
  • Research, define and implement new process, procedures or technologies to keep the company at leading edge of sector.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

 

Do you offer?

  • A strong technical knowledge ideally provided from experience in Chocolate, Bakery or Confectionary.
  • Degree or equivalent in relevant related subject in i.e. Food Technology or similar.
  • Experience with retailer NPD systems
  • Intermediate level HACCP
  • Ability to work within a fast-moving environment with change and high expectations
  • Experience of people management and getting the best out of individuals.
