We’re now looking for an Assistant Insight Manager to join our Desserts & Baking team—an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our sweet portfolio.
As Assistant Insight Manager, you’ll be the voice of the consumer, bringing to life what people think, feel and do—and why it matters.
Reporting to the Head of Sweet Insights, you’ll partner closely with Marketing, Innovation and cross‑functional teams to unlock growth opportunities and guide both short- and long-term strategy. From influencing innovation pipelines to shaping brand direction, your insights will directly impact decision-making at the highest level.
This is a highly visible and rewarding role where you’ll have the confidence to challenge, the curiosity to explore, and the credibility to influence.
What you'll be doing?
- Partner with Marketing and Innovation teams to shape and deliver a strong, profitable NPD pipeline
- Execute the insights agenda across Desserts & Baking, identifying knowledge gaps and leading impactful research
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations
- Contribute to the development of 3-year brand strategies and strategic pillarsInfluence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring the consumer voice is embedded in decision-making
- Work with agencies and the wider Insights team to continuously improve research methodologies and best practice
What we need from you?
We’re looking for a naturally curious and commercially minded insight professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll bring:
- A passion for understanding consumers and representing their perspective with conviction
- Strong numerical and analytical capability, with the ability to synthesise multiple data sources into clear insights
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with great attention to detail
- Experience (min. 2 years) in consumer insights, analytics, or market research (agency or client-side)
