The Grocery business generates over £650m turnover and is a key growth area of Premier Foods. We’re looking for a qualified, commercially astute Brand Finance Analyst to support the UK branded grocery business as it continues to grow.  Brand Finance is a commercially focussed team with exceptionally fast paced challenges and senior management exposure.  This role would suit someone who can build strong relationships cross functionally, who can challenge and influence others, and who can explain Finance to those who may not have a Finance background.
 

The main purpose of the job is to:

  • Provide Financial support and analysis for Category Marketing Directors and their teams to enable robust and value-adding decision making, taking both a short and long-term view of performance drivers
  • Support the Brand Finance team on the delivery of new product development, analysis of the financial performance and helping to facilitate key forecast cycles
  • Become a key member of the Brand Finance team, supporting in the improvement of several key cross-functional financial processes

 

What we need from you:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification
  • Previous experience of commercial/analytical finance
  • Strong business partnering skills and the ability to build cross functional relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
