As our next Commercial Planning Manager (Cakes), you will be executing our strategies working with our Brand, Category and Sales teams. Your role is to deliver the Commercial targets for Mr Kipling and Cadbury Cakes via pricing and promotion efficiency, promotional effectiveness and in particular having full ownership of delivering our Innovation rate targets.

In this role, what's important to you is achieving commercial success and driving growth in this product category. You'll be given the chance to make a significant impact on our business with this opportunity to be at the forefront of our commercial planning efforts and drive growth in this strategic category.

• Commercial experience
• P&L understanding
• Working in a FCMG background (not essential)
• Experienced in Powerpoint & Excel
