Reporting to the Senior Internal Communications Manager, you’ll sit within our Corporate Affairs team, working across internal and external communications and supporting central Group functions including marketing, sales, HR, IT, ESG and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, digital channels and working with a wide range of stakeholders in a collaborative, people‑first environment.

  • Sourcing, writing and publishing engaging content for colleagues across all sites
  • Producing all‑colleague emails, presentations, posters and digital materials
  • Supporting the delivery of internal events, including leadership conferences, town halls, colleague awards and webinars
  • Working closely with central teams to identify stories and lead on smaller internal campaigns
  • Managing and producing our fortnightly colleague newsletter
  • Supporting with video editing, content updates and day‑to‑day management of the communications inbox
  • Maintaining the internal communications planner to ensure clear, timely messaging

External communications (around 30%)

  • Supporting the Senior External Communications Manager with social media content and awards submissions
  • Keeping our corporate website and digital channels up to date
  • Managing corporate collateral, including photography, factsheets and brand videos
  • Supporting the delivery of corporate announcements and financial results
  • Monitoring social media channels and media coverage, sharing relevant updates across the business

You’ll also work closely with the wider Corporate Affairs team, supporting Public Affairs and ESG activity where needed and managing agency support on ad‑hoc projects

What we need from you?

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, curious and enthusiastic about building a career in communications. You’ll bring:

  • Degree‑level education (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels
  • An interest in digital communications, design tools and video content (experience with Canva or Adobe is a plus, but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning and development

Whether you’re early in your career or looking to broaden your communications experience, we’ll support you to grow and develop within our wider comms team.
