We have a brand new position for a Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join us on a part time basis. You will key in assisting and supporting one of Premier Foods' major business objectives to achieve a progressive in-house programme and external accreditation for Wellbeing.
Your main focus will be on assisting the creation, deveopment and implementation of programs tailored to the needs of our manufacturing and office locations across the UK, so some travel between our sites will be required.
What you will be doing:
- Work as part of a Wellbeing team to support activities across the manufacturing and office locations
- Monitor wellbeing trends and provide data-driven insights to improve colleague engagement
- Maintain relationships with external support services which can benefit our wellbeing programmes
- Evaluation of completed wellbeing initiatives, using the data to build a wellbeing culture and to enable Premier Foods to review the return on investment
- Implementing focus groups across the business to provide insight into our wellbeing programmes
- Delivery of wellbeing workshops to all colleagues across the sites
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a wellbeing HR or Occupational Health role, ideally from a manufacturing or industry background
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse workforce
- Valid UK driving license, access to own vehicle, and a willingness to travel to our various sites across the UK
- A strong interest in enhancing wellbeing, inclusion and mental health awareness
- A creative mindset, to be able to turn ideas into reality
