12 month interim role

As our interim SAP Programme Manager, you'll be leading the full lifecycle of SAP S/4 HANA implementation, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.  The ideal candidate will be working for a FCMG business across a breadth of areas such as sales, financial and P2P.  The contract will be for 12 months.

Your remit will be managing the definition of a transformation roadmap that promotes best practice operating models across the organisation. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities. Your day to day activities will include identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success and continuity.

Additionally, you will ensure that all SAP solutions meet quality standards and deliver expected business benefits.

Within this role, there is an opportunity to develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new SAP systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP systems, extensive project management experience, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

The Key Requirements...

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Highly experienced in SAP programme management, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
• SAP certification and PMP or equivalent project management certification are highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and integration points, with the ability to understand and address complex technical issues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• FCMG Manfacturing background is prefered
