Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week

Salary: £27,235 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and update all digital training records across LMS platforms and training matrices
  • Coordinate and book external training courses with approved suppliers
  • Support induction by preparing materials, scheduling sessions, and creating training records
  • Delivering site induction sessions to new starters when required
  • Assist the L&D Advisor in delivering onsite training sessions (e.g., Food Safety, Manual Handling, COSHH)
  • Manage all training logistics including room bookings, equipment setup, and communications with attendees and external providers
  • Oversee and support the delivery of group and individual e‑learning sessions
  • Provide end‑to‑end administrative support for internal role moves and training processes
  • Process starters and leavers within training systems and ensure all digital and paper‑based records remain compliant
  • Complete wider HR and site administration tasks, including raising purchase orders, managing stationery, and sorting external post.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administration skills with experience of analysing data in Excel and delivering insight
  • Previous experience of delivering training in a manufacturing environment (or a willingness to learn)
  •  
    CIPD Level 3 in L&D would be desirable
  • A Can‑Do attitude
  • Confident communicator across all levels
  • Digital & Microsoft Office Skills
