About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join Premier Foods and play a key role in delivering excellence across our capital projects. You’ll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment!
 
 
What You’ll Do
 
  • Lead and deliver capital, revenue, and improvement projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise plant capability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.

 

What We’re Looking For
 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG.
  • Strong engineering and maintenance background.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record in project delivery and budget management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
