About the Role
As Finance Assistant, you'll be a key member of the Finance team, supporting financial reporting, analysis and month-end activities across our Worksop, Ashford and Andover sites. You'll work closely with Finance, Operations and Engineering teams, helping to ensure accurate reporting and supporting business performance
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing stock performance and write-offs
- Supporting stock count investigations and variance analysis
- Producing yield variance reports and presentations
- Updating volume and forecast data
- Managing GRNI clear-downs and resolving SAP queries
- Supporting month-end reporting and journal preparation
- Producing departmental overhead spend reports
- Assisting with internal and external audit requirements
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an organised and analytical individual who enjoys working with data and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
You'll need:
- Strong Excel skills - and a love for running reports!
- Previous finance, administration or reporting experience
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential
