Working Hours: 07:30-15:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: £24,806 per annum

Job Type: 9-month fixed term contract

Based: Worksop site, S81 7AY

Role Purpose:

As a Safety Administrator, your role is to provide all administration to the H&S team and Training team aligned to the updating of all site risk assessments.

 

What you could be doing - includes:

  • Standardising the formatting of all site risk assessments on site in line with the agreed plans and group guidelines.
  • Update/overhaul site risk assessment - following the Safety & Training Coordinators facilitating a review of the risk assessment with a subject matter expert.
  • Document control and updating document control logs aligned to site risk assessments.
  • Provide administrative support at meetings in relation to site risk assessment plans. 

 

What we need from you:

Essential:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administration skills, experience in use of MS office Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
