We’re looking for a Technical Assistant to support our Technical Department in delivering Project Venice – a key initiative shaping the future of our sauces manufacturing. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance with BRC certification and other audits.
 

What you’ll do

 

  • Support food safety and quality culture across site.
  • Complete audits and sampling schedules (micro, allergen, vegan swabbing, raw materials).
  • Maintain technical registers and logs.
  • Prepare and analyse technical data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate calibration of technical equipment.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and traceability exercises.
  • Ensure timely availability of technical documentation and materials in manufacturing areas.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Basic understanding of Quality & Food Safety in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP and IT/office systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Desirable: Food Hygiene Level 2, HACCP Level 2, pest control training, internal audit training.
